I've been meaning to post some before and after pics of our yard for a while...and actually remembered at the right time...right after the grass was freshly cut :) It's definitely in functioning order now, but it's lacking on the flowers/shrubs/trees. Next year! This alone was a small fortune with all the demo work! I think they tore out like 7 tons of concrete! In fact, we heard from the neighbors that the previous owners spent like $20k on the yard. Really!? You do all this stamped concrete and water feature and then let it go to crap!? Makes sense why you foreclosed on your house! But we sure do love all our nice green grass, especially compared to the weeds before!
