Disneyland.

levi's mom is retiring from the airport, which means no more buddy passes. we decided to make a quick trip to disneyland while i am off on maternity leave. we flew out late wednesday night, played hard all day thursday and flew back friday. brecken just loved it and taking a 5 week old to disneyland was actually really easy. I just strapped her on and was able to ride all the little rides too. it was sketchy getting there and definitely getting back due to a bunch of glitches and merge with united airlines, but it all worked out in the end. and man, the weather is southern california is just perfect, we didn't want to leave!

the countdown chain.

ready!

the deal was if she gave all her b's to mickey, then she could get a toy. i was a little sad watching her give them up, but it was overdue. i really couldn't believe she held on to the little nubbin so long...over 4 months since i cut the dang thing off! she's still asked for it quite a few times, but they are all gone-gone!

Shoot! Wish you guys would've let us know, we were there last week, too :(. Glad you had a fun, quick trip though! Such a cute idea to give the binkies to Mickey, I'll have to use that idea for Annie at some point.
