every baby you have is like a whole new ball game. you have to re-learn everything and i have certainly learned that quinn is much different than brecken. she has TERRIBLE nursing skills (but she's getting more than plenty to eat). and let's just be honest. my nipples are SORE. like writhe in pain every time she latches and for a good remainder of her feed. oh, and she likes to eat...and then 15-30 minutes later, eat again. i really wouldn't mind so much, but dang it hurts! and, it does kind of put a damper on things when you are trying to get something done. next, i'm pretty sure she hates being swaddled. brecken looooved it. she also is not a fan of binkies...a double edged sword :/ perhaps she will change her mind. this chick also has a temper. she goes from ok to full on blazing mad in seconds and has the LOUDEST squawk/scream. ear piercing I tell ya.
at her two week appointment she weighed in at 8.2. Still 10oz less than her sister when she was born. so even though she is a a little bit

Get the soothies or gel pad things for your breasts- it will save your nipples. I had two one in the fridge and one to wear and would swap them. There is still time to force the binkie on her- good luck I only had 1/3 take it.
The strong personality and temper come in handy later. MJ is the same way, but it's helping her stand up for herself now.
This totally reminds me of when Natalie was born. Even though we have two girls back to back they are complete opposites! Natalie has had the same personality since birth. ;) Sorry to scare you! haha But it is funny that even as newborns our children's personalities shows through!
